From the moment I swallowed my pride and decided to get help for my issues, I walked in the office of Brock& Stout. The receptionist was very nice and cordial. After completion of my paperwork, every one I encountered, made me feel at ease about my decision. If I had questions/concerns, I was answered. They wanted to make sure I understood the process. I was so depressed and my anxiety was so high because of debt I was in. I thought I had no way to solve my issues except to keep digging a bigger hole until I went in and talked to the attorneys at Brock n Stout. Man after looking over my issues they realized they could help me and today I can breath a lot easier knowing I have more room to breath and my debt are lowered or removed. My interaction with Julie was very professional and informative. She was not only knowledgeable, but flexible when it came to working around my schedule. At times I was nervous and did not understand the process; Julie calmed me down and answered all of my questions. Before ending every call she ensured I was comfortable and understood the process.
